Blackened Tilapia

 Ingredients List

  • 4-6 Fillets of Tilapia
  • 2 Tbls. Paprika
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp lemon pepper
  • 1.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 1.5 tsp ground red pepper
  • 1.5 tsp dried, crushed basil
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Olive Oil

 Directions

1. Heat grill on high 5 minutes.
2. Combine all seasonings in a bowl.
3. Dip dried off fillets in olive oil to coat.
4. Dip fillets into bowl with seasonings on both sides.
5. Place fillets on mesh grill sheet or foil. Grill 2 minutes on each side or until the fish is flaky.
6. Remove and enjoy with a side of brown rice.
