Blanco Bean Dip

 Ingredients List

  • 15 oz White beans; canned, rinsed
  • -and drained
  • 1 tb Lime or lemon juice
  • 1 Clove garlic; crushed
  • 1 ts Olive oil
  • 1/4 ts Ground cumin
  • 1/4 ts Dried oregano


Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until
smooth. Transfer to a medium serving bowl and chill for about 1 hour. This
can be made a day ahead, covered and refrigerated. Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
