Blonde Brownies #1

 Ingredients List

  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 c Brown sugar
  • 1 tb Butter
  • 1 1/2 c Self-rising flour
  • 1 c Chopped pecans
  • 1 ts Vanilla


Beat eggs in top of double boiler until blended. Mix in sugar & butter;
place over boiling water, stirring constantly until hot (about 5 minutes).
Remove from heat. Sift flour & add all at once to egg mixture. Blend well.
Add pecans & vanilla & bake in well greased 9x13-inch pan at 325 for 25-30
minutes. Cut in squares.
