BLT Alfredo Skillet Ravioli

 Ingredients List

  • 1 - 25 ounce bag frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 - 10 ounce container cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon
  • 1 - 15 ounce jar Alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

 Directions

1. Cook the ravioli according to the package directions. Drain and keep warm.

2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet.

3. Add the halved tomatoes and sauté for 2 minutes.

4. Add the spinach and bacon and cook for another minute or until the spinach wilts.

5. Toss the cooked ravioli with the veggies.

6. Stir in the Alfredo sauce and heat for 1-2 minutes.

7. Top with cheese and let melt.

8. Serve immediately.
