Blue Cheese Walnut Scones

Ingredients List
- 3 cups flour
- 5 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup butter
- 2 eggs
- ⅔ cup milk
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt to combine.
Cut butter into flour mixture with pastry blender until the size of peas.
Add egg, milk and honey to bowl and stir until just combined.
Fold in blue cheese and walnuts.
Turn dough out onto a floured surface, creating a square where dough is 1" thick.
Cut dough into 12 equal squares.
Place scones on parchment or silicone mat lined baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes.
