Blueberry Avocado Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • handful of spinach
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup -1 cup of plant-based milk (depending how thick you like it)


Blend all ingredients together until smooth

Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
