Blueberry Cream Cheese Danish

Ingredients List
- 1 roll crescent rolls
- ⅓ cup flour for dusting
- 1 cup fresh blueberry
- Filling:
- 4 ounces soft cream cheese
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Glaze:
- 1 tablespoon milk
- ⅓ cup powdered sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F
To make filling:
In a medium bowl, use a mixer to combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract and lemon juice until well combined, set aside
Open container of crescent rolls and do not unroll them
Using a sharp knife to cut the dough like slice
Make 8 slices
Lay each slice on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet
Use your fingers or a small measuring cup to create a small wall around the edge (for the filing)
Dollop a small amount of the cream cheese filling into each Danish
Add some blueberry
Bake in preheat oven for 15-18 minutes or until lightly golden brown
Let cool and add a drizzle of glaze
