Blueberry Tea-tox Smoothie

 Ingredients List

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 2 cups green tea, cooled in the fridge if possible
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • small handful fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup ice (if tea was warm, double ice)
  • (optional) 1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder

 Directions

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
