Ingredients List
- 2 lb Fresh Mozzarella
- 6 lg Garlic Cloves
- 1/2 c Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tb Dried Oregano
- 3/4 ts Crushed Hot Red Pepper
Directions
Cut the mozzarella into 1" cubes. Coarsely chop the garlic. Combine the
garlic and olive oil in a large bowl. Stir in the oregano and hot pepper.
Add the mozzarella cubes and toss gently until the cheese is well coated
with the oil and seasonings. Serve with toothpicks.
