Boiled Parsley Potatoes

 Ingredients List

  • 6 md Potatoes, peeled & quartered
  • Water
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1/3 c Butter or margarine
  • 1/4 c Finely chopped parsley

 Directions

1. Place potatoes in water to cover in a deep, 2-quart, heat- resistant,
non-metallic casserole. 2. Add salt and heat, covered, in Microwave Oven,
20 minutes or until fork-tender, Drain. 3. Add butter and parsley. 4. Heat,
uncovered, in Microwave Oven, 2 minutes, Toss to combine thoroughly.
