Boiled Shrimp

 Ingredients List

  • 5 lb Shrimp; in shell
  • 2 tb Liquid shrimp boil
  • 1 tb Red pepper
  • 1 cn (12-oz) beer; optional
  • 1 tb Garlic powder; optional
  • 1 Lemon; juice of
  • 1 sm Onion; sliced
  • 1/2 Box salt


Bring all seasonings, except salt, to hard boil in enough water to cover
shrimp. Drop in shrimp. When it boils again, add salt and stir. Boil hard
for 1 minute. Turn off heat; cover pot; let stand 8 minutes. Drain.
