- 1/2 c Brown sugar, packed
- 1 ts Orange peel, grated
- 1/2 c Brandy
- 8 Med.yams,cooked,peel,slice>>
- OR
- 2 1 lb.canned yams, drained>>
- Sliced.
Directions
Melt margarine in large skillet. Add sugar and stir over low heat until
melted. Add yams, orange peel, and brandy and cook over low heat 15 min.
