Bread Cinnamon Pudding

 Ingredients List

  • 1 pound Bread (can Be Doughunts, Cinnamon Rolls, White Bread, Etc.)
  • 5 whole Eggs
  • 3 cans Evaporated Milk, 12 Oz. Each
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2-½ cups Sugar
  • ½ cups Butter, Melted
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 3 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Raisins (optional)
  • _____
  • FOR THE SAUCE:
  • ½ cups Butter, Melted
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • ½ cups Half-and-half
  • 3 Tablespoons Whiskey Or Rum

 Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cube bread. In a large bowl, mix the eggs, milks, sugar, butter, cinnamon, vanilla, salt and raisins. Add cubed bread. Pour into a 4-quart casserole dish. Bake for 60 minutes.

2. In a small saucepan, add the sauce ingredients. Bring to a boil and stir to dissolve sugar. Pour over pudding.
