Breakfast Casserole recipe in the Crockpot.

Ingredients List
- one 26 oz bag of frozen hash browns
- 12 eggs
- 1 c milk
- one 16 oz roll of breakfast sausage
- 16 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- salt and pepper
Directions
1. Spray crockpot evenly with cooking spray, then evenly spread hash browns at the bottom.
2. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and onions; add a dash of salt and plenty of pepper, then set aside.
3. Cook sausage in a skillet; drain and add cooked sausage on top of hash browns.
4. Add cheese on top of sausage.
5. Pour egg mixture over everything.
6. Make sure everything is evened out with a wooden spoon and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
