Ingredients List
- 1/2 c Orange juice
- 1 Banana
- 6 -(up to)
- 7 Frozen strawberries
- 4 -(up to)
- 5 sl Frozen peaches
- 5 -(up to)
- 6 Frozen blueberries
- 6 -(up to)
- 7 Ice cubes
- Fresh mint (optional)
- 1 ds Nutmeg (optional)
- 1 ts Honey (optional)
Directions
We have been trying to eat more fruit (got to get those 5 servings!) and
here is one way we have come up with.
Place all ingredients except ice cubes in blender. Puree until smooth.
Add ice, and puree again. Pour into a glass and sprinkle nutmeg on top and
garnish the some fresh mint. Serves 2 or 3.
