Ingredients List
- 1/2 c Sliced bananas
- 1 c Nonfat milk
- 1/2 c Plain nonfat yogurt
- 1/4 c 100% bran flakes
- 1 ts Vanilla extract
- 2 ts Sugar
- 1/2 c Ice
- 1 ds Cinnamon; or nutmeg
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process on medium speed until
smooth. Garnish with cinnamon or nutmeg. You can substitute strawberries,
peaches, or other fresh fruit for the bananas if you like.
