 Ingredients List

  • 1 bn Broccoli; sliced
  • 1 lg Onion; chopped
  • 10 Mushrooms; sliced
  • Garlic powder
  • Soy sauce
  • 1 c Brown rice


Cook rice. Stir-fry veggies. Combine all and bake 20 min. at 350F.
