Broccoli-Chedder Stuffed Potato

 Ingredients List

  • 10 oz Idaho potatoes
  • 1/2 c Broccoli -- steamed and
  • Chopped
  • 1 tb Nonfat sour cream
  • 3/4 oz Lowfat cheddar cheese --
  • Shredded


In small bowl, combine potato flesh, broccoli and sour cream. Sprinkle
cheese and bake and 375 for 15 minutes or until heated.
