  • 4 Carrots; in strips
  • 2 Onions; slivered
  • 1 c Waterchestnuts, canned;
  • -sliced
  • 2 ts Soy sauce


Saute onions, add the rest. Cover and cook 10-15 min., adding more water
if needed.
