Category: Sauces, Dinner Party, Main Dish, Chicken
Ingredients List
- 1 package of boneless skinless chicken breasts trimmed
- 1 bottle of Emeril Essence seasoning
Directions
1. Set oven broiler to high.
2. Spray broiler pan with nonstick spray.
Use a meat mallet to flatten the chicken breasts so that they will cook evenly.
3. Gently shake the Emeril Essence onto the chicken breasts to give them a light even coating.
Place on the broiler pan and cook on high for 10 minutes on each side.
4. Serve drizzled with the Balsamic Butter Sauce. You can find the instructions for the easy sauce at Barefeet in the Kitchen here.
5. Broiling the chicken is super easy and gives a nice grill like flavor. The Balsamic Butter Sauce is a great way to elevate the grilled chicken which can tend to be a bit boring.
6. I love Emeril Essence on just about anything, but it especially brings flavor to plain grilled chicken breast.
7. This is a simple but delicious dinner ready in about 20 minutes, that looks like you”™ve spent way more time in the kitchen than you actually do. I won”™t tell. :-)
