Broiled Crab Cakes

 Ingredients List

  • 1 1/2 lb Crabmeat; backfin, cartilage
  • -and shells removed
  • 2 tb Reduced fat mayonnaise
  • 2 tb Dijon mustard
  • 3 tb Minced onion
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/8 ts Hot red pepper sauce

 Directions

Combine all ingredients and shape into 6 patties. Broil 6 inches from heat
source, 3 minutes per side, until golden brown. Serve immediately. This
recipe serves 6 people. Because this recipe is for a particular size pan,
it adjusts the number of servings only in multiples of 6.
