Brown Honey Scones

 Ingredients List

  • 3 c Wholemeal
  • 4 1/2 ts Baking powder
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1 tb Butter
  • 2 tb Honey
  • 1 c Milk, approx


Mix wholemeal, salt and bakingpowder. Rub in the butter. Dissolve the honey
in the milk, add to dry ingredients and mix to a soft dough. Rollout, cut
out, and bake on a cookie sheet for 10 - 12 minutes at 425 degrees. (recipe
