Brown Sugar Kisses

 Ingredients List

  • 1 Egg white
  • 1 c Brown sugar, sifted by
  • - forcing through coarse
  • - sieve with wooden spoon
  • 1 ts Vanilla
  • 2 c Coarsely chopped pecans

 Directions

Beat egg white until stiff but not dry. Add brown sugar and continue
beating until thoroughly mixed. Add vanilla and pecans and stir. Drop by
teaspoon on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 5-6 minutes in 400F oven.
Allow to cook for 10 minutes before removing from cookie sheet.
