- 2 sl Bacon; diced
- 3 tb Flour
- 1 ts Salt
- 1/2 ts Pepper
- 1 pn Cayenne
- 4 lb Chicken or rabbit*; cut up
- 3 Onions; thinly sliced
- 4 Tomatoes; chopped
- 1 Red bell pepper; chopped
- 1/2 ts Dried thyme
- 2 c Lima beans; fresh
- 2 c Corn kernels
- 1/2 c Okra; sliced
- 2 tb Chopped parsley
- 1 tb Worcestershire sauce
