Budget Savvy Diva's Not So Sloppy Joe

 Ingredients List

  • Hamburger Buns
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ¼ Cup of Packed Brown Sugar
  • 1 Pound of Ground Beef
  • ¼ Cup of Ketchup
  • â…™ Cup of Yellow Mustard
  • 1 Cup of Diced Onions
  • 1 Garlic Clove Minced
  • 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil

 Directions

1. Heat Oil on a Skillet ( medium heat) - Add onions ( cook till tender 8 - 10 mins). Add garlic to onions and cook for one minute.

2. Add Beef to onions and garlic and cook till no longer pink.

3. Drain excess fat from skillet

4. Place meat mixture into crock pot.

5. Add salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and mix.

6. Add ketchup, yellow mustard, and brown sugar

and mix.

7. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours :)

8. Toast the Hamburger Buns if you like and Enjoy
