Buffalo Chicken Poutine

Ingredients List
- 1 lb Foster Farms Simply Raised Boneless Skinless chicken breasts, seasoned with salt and pepper, baked or poached and shredded
- 1 bag of frozen french fries, prepared according to the package
- 1 cup of crumbled blue cheese
- for the gravy -
- 6 Tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cups of chicken stock
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
while the fries are baking, prepare the gravy by melting the butter in a medium saucepan
once melted, whisk in the flour - continue whisking until the flour has completely absorbed the butter
whisk in the stock and hot sauce, simmer until the gravy thickens - about 5 minutes, season to taste with salt and pepper
top the french fries with the shredded chicken, blue cheese crumbles, and the poutine gravy
