Buffalo Filets

 Ingredients List

  • 6 Buffalo filets (6 oz ea)
  • 1 c DEMI-GLAZE
  • 1/4 c Sherry
  • 1/3 c Heavy cream
  • 1/4 c Red currant preserves


Broil filets. Heat glaze in pan. Add sherry & reduce by half. Add
cream & preserves & simmer 3 minutes. Serve over meat.
