Buffalo Ranch Chicken Casserole

Ingredients List
- 4 cooked chicken breasts , diced (about 2 pounds)
- 1 - 24 oz. bag Ore-Ida® Tater Tots® Potatoes
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup Mexican blend cheese
- 6 green onions, thinly sliced
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine the hot sauce and ranch dressing in a small bowl.
2. Place chicken pieces in a 12 x 9 casserole dish.
3. Coat the chicken with half of the buffalo ranch sauce.
4. Sprinkle most of the green onions over the chicken. Save some of the onion slices for the topping.
5. Place the Tater Tots® potatoes in rows on top of the chicken pieces.
6. Pour the remaining buffalo ranch sauce over the Tater Tots® potatoes.
7. Sprinkle the cheese over the top of the Tater Tots® potatoes.
8. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
9. Top with the remaining green onions.
