Bulgur Wheat Pilaf
Ingredients List
- 3 c Vegetable stock or water
- (if using water; add
- 1 tb Bragg's aminos or soy)
- 2 c Bulgar wheat
- 1 Head celery; sliced
- 1 lg Onion; sliced
Directions
Bring water to boil, add veggies, simmer 5 minutes add bulgar wheat, bring
back to boil, cover and simmer 25 minutes, remove from heat and let stand 5
mor more minutes.
Use as a side dish, alternative to rice.
Or add more veggies, such as mushrooms, peas, green beans, etc for a one
pot supper.
