Bulgur Wheat Pilaf

 Ingredients List

  • 3 c Vegetable stock or water
  • (if using water; add
  • 1 tb Bragg's aminos or soy)
  • 2 c Bulgar wheat
  • 1 Head celery; sliced
  • 1 lg Onion; sliced

 Directions

Bring water to boil, add veggies, simmer 5 minutes add bulgar wheat, bring
back to boil, cover and simmer 25 minutes, remove from heat and let stand 5
mor more minutes.

Use as a side dish, alternative to rice.

Or add more veggies, such as mushrooms, peas, green beans, etc for a one
pot supper.
