Butterscotch Pudding

 Ingredients List

  • 2 c Brown sugar
  • 2 tb Butter, melted
  • 3 tb Cornstarch
  • 4 c Milk
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1 ts Vanilla


Dissolve 1 cup milk with cornstarch. Add to the melted brown sugar and
butter. Add remainder of milk; cook in double boiler until thick. Add
vanilla and salt.
