Ingredients List
- 1/2 a head of green cabbage shredded
- 1 apple, julienned
- 2 tablespoons of dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup of almonds, sliced slivered (I used tamari roasted almonds for more flavor)
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- black pepper
Directions
Whisk together cider vinegar, mustard and black pepper in the bottom of a large bowl, add in the remaining ingredients and toss to coat.
