Cabbage and Apple Slaw

 Ingredients List

  • 1/2 a head of green cabbage shredded
  • 1 apple, julienned
  • 2 tablespoons of dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup of almonds, sliced slivered (I used tamari roasted almonds for more flavor)
  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • black pepper


Whisk together cider vinegar, mustard and black pepper in the bottom of a large bowl, add in the remaining ingredients and toss to coat.
