Cajun Buttery Herb Shrimp

Ingredients List
- 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 teaspoon creole seasoning
- 4 oz. un-salted butter
- 2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
- 1 teaspoon fresh oregano
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Juice of ½ lemon or more to taste
- ½ cup chicken stock
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Directions
1. Lightly season shrimp with creole spice. Heat about 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat in skillet.
2. Sauté for about 3 -5 minutes shrimp set aside.
3. Add remaining butter, followed by garlic stir for about a minute or until fragrant.
4. Then add, paprika, thyme, oregano, lemon juice and chicken broth,
5. Bring it to a boil then simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
6. Toss in shrimp adjust for salt and pepper. Serve over pasta, rice or vegetables
