Ingredients List
- 1 lb Hot bulk pork sausage
- 1 sm Onion; chopped
- 1 sm Green pepper; chopped
- 1 1/2 Stalks celery; chopped
- 1 1.15 ounce envelope instant
- -chicken noodle soup mix
- 1 c Uncooked long-grain rice
- 3 c ;water
Directions
Brown sausage in a Dutch oven, stirring to crumble; drain. Add remaining
ingredients, and stir well. Place mixture in a lightly greased 12" x 8" x
2" baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour until moisture
is absorbed. Yield: 8 servings.
