Campbells Fettuccine Primavera

 Ingredients List

  • 2 tb Margarine
  • 1 Clove garlic; minced
  • 2 c Mixed vegetables*
  • 1 cn Cream of broccoli cheese
  • -soup
  • 1 c Milk
  • 1/4 c Parmesan cheese; grated
  • 3 c Hot cooked fettuccine

 Directions

1. In a large skillet over medium heat melt margarine.

2. Stir fry garlic and vegetables until tender crisp.

3. Stir in soup, milk and cheese. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low.
Cover and simmer for 5 minutes stirring occassionally.

4. Pour over fettuccine; toss to coat.

Notes: * For vegetables use your favourite combination such as carrots,
zucchini, and mushrooms; broccoli, cauliflower, and red pepper; sliced
carrot, mushrooms, and snow peas.
