Candy Cane Mint Float

 Ingredients List

  • 6 oz Hot cocoa
  • 1 oz Peppermint schnapps -or-
  • 1/8 ts Peppermint extract
  • 4 oz Mint chip ice cream
  • Whipped topping
  • Mint candy cane; crushed

 Directions

Pour hot chocolate and liqueur or extract into mug. Top with scoop of ice
cream. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle of candy.
