Carrot Cake #01

 Ingredients List

  • 3 c Flour
  • 2 c Sugar
  • 2 ts Soda
  • 1 ts Cinnamon
  • 2 ts Vanilla
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 2 c Grated carrots
  • 1 1/2 c Oil
  • 1 1/2 c Nuts; chopped (optional)
  • 1 cn (8-oz) crushed pineapple;
  • -(optional)
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 tb Grated orange rind

 Directions

Sift dry ingredients together. Blend together eggs and oil. Add dry
ingredients and carrots, then pineapple and nuts. Grease and flour two
9-inch layer pans. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Frost with Cream Cheese
Icing. Moist and spicy!
