  • 2 c Sugar
  • 1 1/2 ts Baking soda
  • 2 ts Cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1 ts Baking powder
  • 1 cn (8.75-oz) crushed pineapple
  • 2 c Raw carrots; grated &
  • -loosely packed
  • 3 Eggs; beaten
  • 1 1/2 c Salad oil
  • 1 1/2 c Chopped nuts (I use walnuts)
  • 2 ts Vanilla
