Ingredients List
- 1 lb Fish filets
- 8 oz Lime juice
- 1 Large onion, finely chopped
- 1 Small jalapeno pepper, chopt
- 2 Med tomatoes, finely chopped
- 30 Pitted green olives
- 1/8 ts Cumin
- 20 Capers
- 1/4 c Fresh coriander, chopped
- 1/4 c Olive oil
- 1 Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 Oregano to taste
Directions
Servings: 6
Marinate fish in lime juice for 4 to 5 hours, until fish turns white.
Drain; mix with all other ingredients. Serve chilled.
