Ingredients List
- 1/2 c Soy sauce
- 2 Pressed garlic cloves
- 2 tb Fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 c Minced parsley
- 1 ts Oregano
- 1/2 c Orange juice
- 1 ts Pepper
- 1/2 ts Grated lemon or orange rind
- 6 lg Swordfish steaks 3/4" thick
- ALMOND BUTTER
Directions
Combine all ingredients except fish; pour over steaks in shallow glass
baking dish & marinate several hours, turning once or twice. When
charcoal is ready, grill steaks, turning once & basting often during
grilling, for 20 minutes. Top with Almond Butter.
