Charcoal Broiled Swordfish Steaks with Almond Butter

 Ingredients List

  • 1/2 c Soy sauce
  • 2 Pressed garlic cloves
  • 2 tb Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 c Minced parsley
  • 1 ts Oregano
  • 1/2 c Orange juice
  • 1 ts Pepper
  • 1/2 ts Grated lemon or orange rind
  • 6 lg Swordfish steaks 3/4" thick


Combine all ingredients except fish; pour over steaks in shallow glass
baking dish & marinate several hours, turning once or twice. When
charcoal is ready, grill steaks, turning once & basting often during
grilling, for 20 minutes. Top with Almond Butter.
