Cheddar and Chive Bread

 Ingredients List

  • 2/3 c Water
  • 2 tb Canola oil
  • 1 tb Honey
  • 1 c Sharp cheddar cheese;
  • -shredded
  • 2 lg Eggs
  • 2 1/2 c All-purpose flour;
  • -unbleached
  • 3/4 c Whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 c Powdered milk
  • 2 tb Chives; dried
  • 1 1/2 ts Sea salt; fine
  • 2 1/2 ts Active dry yeast

 Directions

Put all ingredients in the inner pan in the order listed. Select basic
wheat cycle, light crust setting.

Makes a 1.5 pound loaf.
