Cheddar Bay Sausage Balls

  • 1 (7.5-oz) package Bisquick Complete Cheese Garlic biscuit mix
  • 3/4 cup Bisquick
  • 1-1/4 cups (10-oz) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb sausage, uncooked


Mix all ingredients together with KitchenAid mixer fitted with dough hook. Shape into balls.
At this point you can freeze the balls and bake later.
When ready to bake, preheat oven to 400ºF and cook for 15-20 minutes.
