 Ingredients List

  • 8 oz Colby cheese; cubed
  • Pear chunks
  • 8 oz Monterey Jack cheese; cubed
  • Apricot chunks; kiwi slices
  • 4 oz Gouda cheese; cut in wedges
  • Grapes; apple chunks


Alternate cheesc and fruit on individual skewers. Arrange skewers on large
platter. Add Port Wine and Cheddar to complete the tray.
