- CYGNUS -- HCPM52C
 - 4 Whole wheat English muffins
 - 3/4 c Low-fat riotta cheese
 - Split and toasted
 - 1/4 ts Finely shredded lime peel
 - 2 Kiwi fruit -- sliced or
 - 2 ts Lime juice
 - 1 c Sliced strawberries
 - 1 tb Sugar
 - Or peaches
 - 1/8 ts Ground nutmeg
 
Directions
                    
                        * In a small bowl, combine riotta cheese, lime peel, lime juice, sugar, and
nutmeg. Spread cheese mixture evenly over toasted muffin halves. * Top
each muffin half with kiwi fruit slices, strawberry slices or peach slices.
