Ingredients List
- 2 1/2 c Brown Rice, cooked
- 3 Green Onions (scallions),
- Chopped
- 1 c Lowfat Cottage Cheese -or-
- Hoop Cheese
- 1 ts Dried Dill
- 1/4 c Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1/2 c Lowfat Milk
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pour into a lightly oiled
casserole. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
