Cheeseburger Macaroni

 Ingredients List

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 2 1/2 c Water
  • 1/3 c Catsup
  • 2 ts Onion powder
  • 1 ts Prepared mustard
  • 2 c Elbow macaroni; uncooked
  • 3/4 lb VELVEETA Process Cheese
  • -Spread; cut in 1/2" cubes


1. Brown ground beef in a large skillet; drain.

2. Add water, catsup,onion powder, & mustard. Bring to a boil, stir in
macaroni. Reduce heat to medium low; cover with a tight fitting lid. Simmer
8 to 10 minutes, or until macaroni is tender.

3. Add VELVEETA; stir until melted.
