Cheesy Green Chile Rice

  • 3 cups prepared rice
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 (4oz) can diced green chiles

 Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly spray a 9-inch pan with cooking spray.

Combine rice, cheese, sour cream and green chiles. Mix well. Pour into prepared pan.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
