Cheesy Party Potatoes

Ingredients List
- 5 cups boiled,diced potatoes
- 1 can cream of chicken soup or my Homemade Cream of”¦Soup
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 (8 oz) container sour cream
- 1 cup onions
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 1 (8 oz) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 9×13 pan.
2. Boil diced potatoes for a few minutes to make tender, but not too long to become mushy.
3. Mix potatoes, cream of chicken, cheddar cheese soup, sour cream, onions and melted butter.
4. Pour into pan and top with cheddar cheese.
5. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
*Don”™t forget that you can freeze part of this!*
*Adding cooked bacon to this adds a bit of extra flavor!*
