  • Fries
  • 4-6 Potatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Sea Salt, Fresh ground pepper, your favorite seasoning salt
  • Ranch Sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing (you may use a half of a ranch packet in emergency)
  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1 cup (or as much as you like) Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup real bacon bits
  • 1/4 cup green onions

 Directions

Potatoes
1. Cut potatoes into "steak french fries" size.
2. {I like them thicker...but that means it will also take a little longer to cook than skinny ones.}
3. Place on foiled baking sheet.
4. Drizzle with olive oil and lightly toss with tongs.
5. Sprinkle salts and pepper over the potatoes.
6. Bake 400 for 40 minutes or until fork tender
Ranch Sauce
7. In a bowl whisk sour cream, milk and Ranch dressing or packet.
8. Smooth out 3/4 of the sour cream sauce on a large platter.
9. Place hot potatoes on sour cream sauce.
10. Drizzle remaining sour cream sauce on potatoes.
11. Sprinkle on toppings.
12. Place under broiler for a few seconds to melt cheese.
