Cherry Pie Smoothie

Ingredients List
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon, divided
- 2 cups Silk Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1/2 container Silk vanilla yogurt
- 2 cups frozen cherries
- 1/4 cup creamy almond butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
In a bowl, combine oats, pecans, syrup, vegetable oil, and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Spread into a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Stir the granola and bake for another 10 minutes. Remove and let cool.
Blend cherries, almond milk, yogurt almond butter and remaining cinnamon in a blender until smooth.
Top each smoothie with granola.
