  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1/2 ts Pepper
  • 1/4 ts Crushed dried thyme
  • 1 c Cherry preserves
  • 1/4 c Red wine Vinegar
  • 2 tb Corn syrup
  • 1/4 ts Ground cloves
  • 1/4 ts Nutmeg
  • 1/4 ts Cinnamon


~Cherry Sauce Rub roast thoroughly with mixture of
preceding ingredients. Roast, uncover Combine sauce ingredients and bring
just to boiling; simmer 1-4 minutes. DIRECTIONS: Spoon sauce over the roast
after it has cooked about 2 1/2 hours and cook r
